Welcome!

Welcome! Whether you are just investigating Liberty Day, or are an old friend and alumni, we're glad you've stopped by and hope that this site provides the information you seek! If not, just drop us a note at Info@LibertyDay.net with your question, and we'll do our best to answer it promptly.

What a wonderful day Liberty Day 2008 was! We were thrilled to have the opportunity to listen to Dr. Marshall Foster, of the Mayflower Institute, and not only learn tons of interesting stuff, but be encouraged about what God is doing in America today. If you weren't there, or would like to hear it again, recordings are available from Resounding Voice. We hope to soon have an update with pictures and a report from the event. Praise the Lord for His gift of Liberty and the opportunity to study and celebrate it!

Be sure to reserve Saturday, March 21, 2009 on your calendar now for Liberty Day 2009!

Please note, we will again be hosting the Liberty Day Conference and Celebration at Medinah Baptist Church, Medinah, IL in 2009.

2008 Liberty Day Photos

Dear friends and fellow patriots,

What a delight it was to share Liberty Day with you this year! We trust you all had as much fun as we did! And we certainly hope that you were also inspired as we learned more from Dr. Foster about the history and heritage we share as Americans. If you weren't there, or would like to hear it again, recordings are available from Resounding Voice. Praise the Lord for His gift of Liberty and the opportunity to study and celebrate it!

We'd love to hear your comments! Send us an email at: info@libertyday.net

Thanks to friends who graciously took pictures for us we have some pictures from the day to share with you all. We hope you enjoy looking through the collection here!

The Conference

The title for the 2008 Liberty Day Conference was "The American Family Tree: Our European Roots." The truth is, that Dr. Foster started his tales on European history back at the fall of Rome and led us up through the ups and downs the goods and the bads of the years since to bring us to today and to what God is doing here and now!

Dr. Foster was engaging and enthusiastic, holding attention and drawing high praises from those who had not heard him speak before.

Roger Erber, founder of Liberty Day.

The Caswell family provided welcome music during the morning registration hour, and opened a couple of the sessions with their singing.

Noah Back called everyone back from the lunch break by singing Shenandoah.

A look at the crowd - and the much more comfortable facility that housed us this year!

The Fiddler's Three brought us some fun music during the mid-afternoon break!

One of the vendors on site that day... also present selling wares was Faith & Family Books.

Thanks to the many friends and volunteers who helped us make Liberty Day 2008 a success!

WWII Stuff

The Lautenschlager family came not only as the Fiddler's Three - providing very fun entertainment during the day and evening - but also brought their collection of WWII gear, artifacts, and stuff.

They displayed them throughout the day and spent hours conversing with attendees (including little people) about the war and the equipment.

The Field Phone
One very fun item they brought was an authentic working field phone. Throughout the day it rang frequently as conversations (or pseudo military commands) were communicated across the lobby.

Dan makes a call...

...it's ringing? What do I do now??

Hello? Hello?

Can I try that, too?

Lunch Hour Presentation
Over the lunch hour, the Lautenschlager men shared an informal presentation in the lunch room.
